Landing pages, tracking & WhatsApp — for installers

Most of what you spend bringing people to your site never comes back.

I'm Oto. I build the page, the tracking and the automatic first reply that turn a solar or heat-pump installer's traffic into enquiries you can actually trace.

The problem

You pay to bring someone to the site once

Whoever doesn't pick up the phone that day is gone, and nothing on the site is set up to bring them back. This is what's happening now.

The journey you already pay for Visitors ads, search, referrals Your website Enquiry form the few who fill it in One inbox everyone else They leave. No pixel on the page, so they were never recorded — no list, no retargeting, no second chance to reach them. You bought that visit once, at full price.
The shape matters more than the ratio. On most installer sites the people who leave outnumber the people who enquire many times over — and they're the group nothing is set up to recover.

What I install

One page with one job, and a record of every step

Not a website rebuild. A single page built to turn a click into an enquiry, an assistant that answers before you can, and tracking underneath the whole thing.

What happens after the click Clicks your ad or your search result Landing page one offer, one form WhatsApp assistant asks 3 questions, quotes nothing You get a qualified job page view chat started enquiry Meta Pixel + Google Analytics 4 Every step above is recorded as an event — installed once, tested once, and left working.
The assistant greets whoever messages, asks three questions you've agreed in advance, and hands you the answers. It never quotes a price or commits you to anything.

Why the tracking is the point

Right now the middle of that sentence is missing

Most installers can tell you what they spent and roughly how busy they are. Almost none can name the advert that produced a particular job.

Today Ad spend ? Jobs won After Advert Click, tagged Page view Enquiry event Job won Traceable end to end
The value isn't the dashboard. It's being able to stop paying for the advert that never produced anything, and put that money into the one that did.

How the build runs

Five stages, fixed targets

These are the targets written into the agreement, not an estimate. Each stage starts when the one before it finishes, and the clock pauses if I'm waiting on you.

After it's live

Each plan is the one below it, plus more

A one-off build of £1,500, then a monthly for keeping it alive and improving it. Nothing is locked in for a year — thirty days' notice, either way.

The blocks on the left show how much each plan carries — every one contains the one above it.

Advertising spend is never paid to me. You pay Meta directly from your own card, and I never hold or forward a budget.

See it rather than read about it

The work, not a description of the work

A sample landing page

A complete page for an invented solar brand — the same page I'd build for you, so you can judge the work rather than take my word for it. Clearly labelled as a sample; it isn't a real company.

The WhatsApp assistant, live

Message a number and watch it greet you, ask its three questions and hand the answers over. Faster to understand in thirty seconds than in any explanation I could write here.

Who you'd actually be working with

My name is Umonduek Oto-Abasi Charles. Most people call me Oto. I work from Uyo, in south-east Nigeria, and I work with UK installers remotely — email, video calls, and a written agreement under English law. You'd never need me on site, because nothing I build requires it.

I've spent the last five years on one narrow thing: building pages that turn traffic into enquiries, writing the copy that goes on them, and running the Meta advertising that feeds them. Not websites in general — the part of a website that has to earn its keep.

The half of this that people underrate is the tracking. A good-looking page that can't tell you where its enquiries came from is a nice picture. I care more about the part you can measure than the part you can admire — and the quickest way to judge that is the sample page above, rather than anything I could claim here.

Getting in touch

Send me the address of your site

I'll look at it properly and record three or four minutes showing you what I find — where the enquiries are going and what's not being recorded. No charge, and no obligation to do anything about it.
